1.1 Before using the Site, read this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "the Policy") as it affects your rights and duties. 1.3 This Privacy Policy is designed to inform Users of the procedure for collecting, using and disclosing information, namely Personal Data that you provide to Razem and Employers using web site "razem.work".
1.4 Entering your phone number, by clicking on the Confirmation Site button and registering a Personal Questionnaire on the Site, you consent to the transfer or further processing and storage of Razem of your Personal Information obtained from the Personal Questionnaire, as well as other data that may be obtained additionally when using the Site.
1.5 The processing of Personal Data includes any action and / or set of actions related to the collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, renewal, use and distribution (implementation, transfer), deletion (destruction) of Personal Data User to ensure the functionality of the Site.
1.6 Razem reserves the right to change this Policy at any time. Razem will publish the time of the most recent changes made to the Privacy Policy in the "Last Modified Date" field, and will notify the User of such changes within a reasonable time by informing the Personal Questionnaire by sending a message to the User's phone number and / or email. By continuing to use the Site after making such changes, the User agrees and accepts them as part of the Privacy Policy.

These entities access the Personal Data as it is consistent with the purpose of the Site. Access to the Personal Data is to the extent determined by the Site Administrator and in accordance with the rules of use for the Employers and related sites with which Razem collaborates. Razem is not responsible for the protection of Personal Data disclosed to these entities outside the functionality of the Site or voluntarily disclosed by the User to those entities within the functionality of the Site. The procedure for the collection, processing and storage by such entities of personal data outside the Site shall be subject to the conditions set out in the respective Privacy Policies or other regulatory documents of such entities.

While these services receive general information that, under applicable law, cannot be considered as Personal Data, given the technical capacity to investigate and analyze such data, Razem is not responsible for the collection, processing and storage of Personal Data obtained by these third parties. 5.1 The User can change the Personal Data by setting up the Personal Profile at any time.
5.2 The User may submit a request to the Site Administrator to modify, correct or remove inaccurate or misleading information about him posted on the Site, and the Site Administrator is obliged to review such request within 72 hours of receipt.
5.3 At the User’s request, the Administrator of the Site is obliged to delete all Personal Information of the User, which he has accessed in connection with the provision of the Services to such User, and to completely and permanently delete the Personal User Profile on the Site.
6.1 Razem warrants that all Personal Data of Users available to Razem in connection with the provision of the Services will be used, stored and processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
6.2 Razem will also endeavor to use, store and process Personal Data in accordance with the provisions of other applicable laws.
6.3 By default, Personal Data will be retained for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing such data specified in paragraph 3.1 of this Policy, but not less than 10 (ten) years. Personal data shall be destroyed after the expiry of the storage period or in cases provided for by applicable law.
