Leader for Household Chemicals Production (Góra Kalwaria)

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a leader to work in a company that makes household chemicals, such as dishwasher and washing machine capsules and detergent bottles. The work is done in a modern environment with machines that need supervision and operation.

Requirements:

• Experience in a production plant – preferably as a leader or coordinator.
• Knowledge of English and Polish – necessary for communication with the team.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage a team.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

• Salary: 35.23 PLN gross per hour + 2 PLN net per hour for position allowance.

Your duties:

• Supervising the work of machine operators, including training and supporting them in daily tasks.
• Organizing the team’s work, planning tasks, and monitoring their completion.
• Ensuring high production quality and following safety and hygiene standards.
• Solving technical problems and reporting the team’s work results.
